Hours are 8AM - 5PM Monday - Friday.

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team, dedicated to connecting exceptional candidates with exciting opportunities across diverse industries. In this role, you will leverage your language skills and recruiting expertise to source, attract, and engage top talent. Your energetic approach will drive high-volume recruitment efforts, foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about talent management and human resources to make a meaningful impact within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Conduct full cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical, executive, campus, and high-volume positions, utilizing talent management software and applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Taleo, or UltiPro.
Source candidates through social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and leveraging HR sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
Screen resumes, interview candidates, and assess their skills to match organizational needs while ensuring compliance with employment law in talent management.
Manage candidate relationships through effective communication skills, negotiation, and relationship management techniques to enhance candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create targeted lead generation strategies.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities within ATS platforms like Lever or PeopleSoft; generate reports on recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
Support employer branding initiatives by managing social media management (recruitment) campaigns and promoting company culture to attract diverse talent pools.

Qualifications

Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple industries with expertise in HR systems such as Kronos or Paychex.
Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and employment law in talent management practices.
Demonstrated ability in high volume recruitment, technical recruiting, and executive recruiting with excellent negotiation skills.
Proficiency in talent acquisition tools including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Workday, Taleo, UltiPro, Kronos, or PeopleSoft.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively across various channels including social media marketing (recruitment).
Experience in campus recruitment, employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations is highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail; strong research and cold calling skills are essential.
