**PLEASE NOTE-THIS IS A YEAR ROUND POSITION-WE ARE NO LONGER HIRING FOR SEASONAL POSITIONS**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, accurate order taking, and effective communication. If you have a passion for food service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast POS system.
Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
Provide recommendations for food and drink pairings, upselling items when appropriate.
Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while maintaining cash handling procedures.
Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, responding promptly to requests for assistance or additional items.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order delivery.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or as a Server is preferred but not required.
Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences and increase sales.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a fast-paced setting.
