Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Life Insurance Agent to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to assess their insurance needs, presenting suitable life insurance products, and guiding them through the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and a comprehensive understanding of various insurance policies. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while contributing to individuals' financial security and peace of mind. Access to group health insurance rates. Responsibilities

Conduct outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through various channels, including telemarketing and community engagement.
Analyze clients’ financial situations and insurance needs to recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
Negotiate policy terms and premiums effectively to close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through personalized service and ongoing communication.
Manage sales administration tasks such as preparing proposals, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records within CRM systems.
Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulations, and product updates to provide accurate guidance.
Collaborate with team members on benefits administration, policy renewals, and cross-selling opportunities.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and client correspondence.
Develop multilingual communication strategies to serve diverse client populations effectively.
Engage in continuous professional development related to health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance products.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance concepts.
Familiarity with CRM systems for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending suitable policies.
Understanding of insurance regulation standards and benefits administration processes.
Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets consistently.
