Full Job Description

In-Home Support Staff (North & East Madison)

Join our compassionate and growing team at Lakeview Supported Living Services (LSLS), where your work directly improves the lives of adults with disabilities. As a Support Staff member, you’ll provide essential in-home services that help clients live with dignity, independence, and care.

What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting daily living needs, including:

Providing personalized care and support with daily routines
Ensuring safety through active supervision
Assisting with bathing, showering, and personal hygiene
Safe client transfers and mobility support
Preparing nutritious meals
Performing light housekeeping duties
Administering medications accurately
Managing challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism
Completing clear and timely visit documentation

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Must pass a Caregiver Background Check

Key Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Professional email and digital communication
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and coworkers
Customer service mindset with caregiving experience or passion
