We're seeking a Regional Office Manager who is passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do

This leadership role combines team development, operational oversight, and customer service to ensure a smooth repair experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and support a team of estimators while helping new team members succeed.
Oversee daily front office operations and maintain efficient workflows.
Partner closely with production leadership to ensure seamless communication between departments.
Review vehicle damage, prepare repair plans, and utilize estimating software.
Document vehicle condition through photos and administrative documentation.
Prepare total loss estimates when applicable.
Help maintain high standards for customer communication, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while keeping the customer experience at the forefront.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate has:

At least two years of experience in collision repair, automotive, or dealership operations.
Experience using collision estimating software.
An understanding of insurance claims and repair processes.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
The ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive, solutions-focused attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
A valid driver's license.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 5:30PM
