Join a High-Performing Team at Huntsville Honda

Huntsville Honda is a busy, customer-focused dealership seeking a driven and experienced Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-volume environment with strong earning potential and a supportive leadership team.

Position Overview:

As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in the dealership’s success by structuring deals, securing financing, and presenting protection products to customers. This position is essential in maximizing profitability while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Structure and finalize vehicle financing and leasing transactions
Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders
Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and dealership regulations
Accurately complete and submit funding paperwork
Work closely with the sales team to maximize deal profitability
Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI) scores
Stay up to date on lender programs and industry compliance

Qualifications:

2+ years of Automotive Finance Manager experience preferred
Proven track record of strong PVR and product penetration
Strong knowledge of lender relationships and deal structuring
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
Experience with DMS/CRM systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, RouteOne, etc.)
Valid driver’s license
