Job Overview
We are searching for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our University Dr. location. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and a knack for leadership. As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality standards, and keeping the restaurant running smoothly. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love inspiring teams, this is your chance to shine.

Duties

Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure top-notch service.
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and quality control.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste using systems like Crunchtime or PAR.
Handle cash management and POS transactions accurately while maintaining accountability for daily financial procedures.
Ensure smooth shift management by coordinating schedules, monitoring performance, and resolving operational issues promptly.
Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing guest concerns and ensuring a welcoming dining environment.
Support kitchen management with food production oversight and assist in catering or banquet events when needed.

Qualifications

Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants; casual dining or fine dining experience is a plus.
Strong background in food handling, food safety practices, and kitchen management.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience required.
Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams and conducting staff training & development.
Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes within the food industry.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy hospitality environment while maintaining attention to detail.
