Seeking Quality Early Childhood Infant / Toddler Educator

Inspire Early Childhood is a new type of school. We are solving the problems of low early educator wages through scale. As our school grows it becomes possible to raise educator wages even higher. We are hiring more Educators!

Using these new ideas, we are finding ways to offer our educators more of what they want most:

A Curriculum for the 21stCentury

Inspire's unique curriculum is Project Approach based and builds special characteristics in students that are needed for future success (like curiosity, creativity, persistence, growth mindset, etc.). This pedagogy doesn’t change what children should do (like play), it enhances what they do naturally, making these experiences more powerful and valuable to them. We are getting the students ready for not only kindergarten but also the challenges they will face throughout their life.
