Specialist Il - Materials Management

Position Summary

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
Location: Madison, WI
100% Onsite

The Specialist lI - Materials Management will perform daily work assignments accurately, in a timely and safe manner. This role requires strong technical aptitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously while working with moderate supervision.

The role:

Support TrackWise project that are assigned to Material Management.
Support immediate actions, Impact and Risk Analysis, Investigation and Root Cause.
Support Lab materials replenishment reports
Support Freezer/Cooler PM’s as needed
Process Uline material requests/POs as needed
Support column crating process
Cross Trained in other area of Materials Management, provide support as needed
Mentor, train, support new Materials Management Team members and/or level I positions
Using FEFO basis, pick, stock, verify, identify inventory, or deliver materials as needed
Accurately pick, pack, ship and document all orders to meet customer order fulfillment requirements
Communicate, maintain, and resolve any PO related issues within a timely manner

The candidate:

High school diploma or equivalent
2–3 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and operate company transport vehicle as requested
Prior experience operating warehouse equipment (handheld scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams experience required
Effective communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proven ability to multi-task and demonstrate diplomatic skills
Strong attention-to-detail necessary in a cGMP environment
