Full Job Description

We need 2 fully licensed mental health therapists for my growing practice. We offer salary of $62,000-$90,000 annually, health and dental, strong 401K, paid continuing education, paid time off and holidays as well as a strong work life balance- no weekend work or work outside of work hours! In order to be considered for this position, you need experiences with children and families and a drive for innovation.

Our clinic specializes in the treatment of children with autism, post-adoptive issues, trauma, parent/child relationship support, mental health concerns, twice exceptional learners, anxiety and depression. We embrace a "bottom up" approach through a focus on the body and mid connection as well as evidence based mental health treatments such as DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR and CPP.

QUALIFICATION:

Hold a valid license to practice psychotherapy in Wisconsin - fully licensed prioritized
Willing to consider a strong in-training therapist (APSWs, LPC-IT, etc) candidate.
Preference is given to those who have a minimum of 2 years of clinic experience or specialized training in parent/child relational work, infant mental health certification, Trauma treatment or post adoptive issues.
Strong drive to work as a team member with other disciplines including OT/SLP/ Parent Coaching and PT.
Strong passion for working within the larger family system, treating the child in the context of the family unit.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with children and their parents

COMPENSATION:

Option of salaried position or $70 per hour for clinical time with clients (no call/no show compensation included)
Paid meetings and consulting time.
Create your own schedule
W-2 position that is paid out monthly regardless of timing of insurance payments.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents and families.
Provide evidence-based therapies, including trauma focused interventions and family systems work, to address mental health issues.
Facilitate family sessions to promote healing and communication.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and crisis intervention when necessary.
Engage in ongoing professional development and staying updated on best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
