Job Summary

Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Sales Professional, where your passion for cars and exceptional customer service skills will drive success. In this energetic role, you will actively engage with customers both in the dealership and through outbound efforts, guiding them through the vehicle purchasing journey. Your expertise in sales negotiation, inventory management, and client relationship building will help you achieve and surpass sales targets while providing an outstanding experience for every customer. This paid position offers a vibrant environment for motivated individuals eager to excel in high-end automotive sales.

Duties

Engage with potential clients through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and B2B outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
Conduct in-depth customer needs assessments to recommend suitable vehicles and financing options, ensuring a personalized experience
Negotiate deals effectively, closing sales while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction
Manage inventory control and support inventory management processes to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand
Build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication skills, follow-up, and after-sales support
Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, manage sales pipeline stages, and document customer preferences and history
Upsell additional products or services such as automotive financing options or extended warranties to maximize deal value

Skills

Proven experience in automotive industry sales or dealership environments with a strong understanding of passenger car sales
Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close deals confidently and efficiently
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple clients, appointments, and inventory records simultaneously
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases
Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette, public speaking, and client communication techniques
Proficiency in CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management software) for tracking leads and managing customer data
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through outbound sales strategies and upselling techniques
Knowledge of automotive financing options, retail math, retail sales principles, and inventory management practices
Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for pricing, discounts, and profit margins
Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment
