Full Job Description

Sales Closer in Commercial Debt Recovery

Location: Maitland, FL
Work Type: Onsite Only
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:40 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $20/hr + Uncapped Commission for first 30 days. Then base moves up to $25/hr + Uncapped Commission.
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Income Potential: Out top performers can earn 6 Figures+ annually

We Are Hiring Closers Now

Debt Collectors International is looking for serious sales closers who know how to get business owners on the phone, create urgency, handle objections, and close new business.

We are a commercial debt collection agency. We help businesses recover money they are owed. Our model is simple and powerful: no recovery, no fee. That means our offer is easy to understand, low-risk for the client, and highly valuable when presented correctly.

We have inbound leads coming in now. We also have existing clients who need to be managed, followed up with, reactivated, and grown. We are looking for three types of salespeople:

Outbound Closers who can prospect, qualify, and close new accounts.
Client Growth Closers who can manage an existing book of business and get clients to continue sending accounts.
Elite Full-Cycle Closers who can do both — hunt new business, close inbound opportunities, and grow existing clients.

This is not a sit-back-and-wait sales job. This is a phone-based closing role for people who can produce.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for creating and closing revenue opportunities with business owners and decision-makers.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Working inbound leads from business owners who responded to our marketing.
Making outbound calls to qualify prospects and open new accounts.
Following up with prospects until a decision is made.
Managing a book of existing clients and increasing repeat business.
Reactivating past clients and getting them to send new claims.
Building rapport quickly with business owners.
Presenting our no-recovery, no-fee value proposition clearly.
Handling objections with confidence.
Closing decisions over the phone.
Making 100–250 dials per day.
Maintaining 4+ hours of daily talk time.
Logging all activity in the CRM the same day.
Participating in daily coaching, role-play, and sales strategy sessions.

Who This Role Is For

This role is for a closer.

You have sold over the phone before. You are comfortable calling business owners. You know how to ask questions, control a conversation, create urgency, and ask for the business.

You do not need to be begged to make calls. You do not hide behind email. You do not blame leads, timing, the market, or the CRM.

You show up. You dial. You follow up. You close.

B2B sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience in collections, financial services, merchant services, insurance, legal services, staffing, marketing, or other phone-based sales environments is a plus.
