Body Shop Estimator

South Weymouth, MA | Full-Time

*A valid Massachusetts Auto Damage Appraiser License is required for this position.*

DeLuze Collision is a family-owned and operated collision repair shop that has proudly served the South Shore community since 1965. For over 61 years, we've built our reputation on quality workmanship, honesty, and treating both our customers and employees the right way. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team.

If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established shop that values professionalism, teamwork, and customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Inspect damaged vehicles and write accurate repair estimates.
Prepare and submit supplements as additional damage is identified during the repair process.
Work directly with customers, insurance companies, and adjusters throughout the repair process.
Use CCC ONE and Mitchell estimating software to create and manage repair plans.
Order parts and coordinate with vendors to keep repairs moving efficiently.
Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on schedule.
Maintain accurate repair documentation and organized job files.
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, from drop-off to vehicle delivery.
Help uphold the quality, professionalism, and reputation DeLuze Collision has been known for since 1965.

What We're Looking For

Experience as a collision estimator.
Experience with CCC ONE and Mitchell estimating software.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Valid driver's license.
