What You’ll Do As the Sales Manager/Director of Sales, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue, securing business, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing & Executing Sales Strategies – Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize hotel revenue.
Building & Maintaining Client Relationships – Cultivate strong connections with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners.
Driving Group & Corporate Sales – Secure bookings for meetings, conferences, and events while managing group reservations effectively.
Conducting Property Tours & Sales Presentations – Showcase our hotels and conference facilities to prospective clients.
Collaborating with Hotel Teams – Work closely with operations, catering, and revenue management to ensure seamless event execution.
Analyzing Market Trends & Competitor Strategies – Stay ahead of industry trends to refine sales tactics and remain competitive.
Meeting & Exceeding Sales Goals – Set and achieve revenue targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Attend networking events and trade shows to promote the hotel.

What Makes You a Great Fit? Experience & Skills:

Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred but not required.
3+ years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
Strong understanding of hotel operations and revenue management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, hotel management and CRM software(s).
