Full Job Description

Overview
We are a high quality commercial and folding carton printing company, seeking an experienced lead press operator. Ideal candidate will have min. 3 years experience (Komori preferred). Fast growing company offering competitive salary, full health benefits, PTO and 401k plan.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain printing presses, ensuring they run efficiently and produce high-quality products.
Set up press equipment according to job specifications, including adjusting pressure, ink flow, and temperature settings.
Monitor the printing process for quality control, making adjustments as necessary to maintain color accuracy and print quality
Perform routine maintenance on press equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process, including mechanical problems or quality discrepancies.
Keep accurate records of production runs, materials used, and any issues encountered during the printing process.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Press Operator
Proficiency in operating various types of presses,
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work consistently.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
