Kreiva Academy Public Charter School is a dynamic, student-centered learning community serving grades 6–12 in Manchester, New Hampshire. Grounded in personalized learning, real-world relevance, and strong community partnerships, Kreiva empowers students to take ownership of their education through project-based learning, flexible pathways, competency-based assessment, and social-emotional growth.

We are seeking a warm, organized, and dependable Office Manager/Food Bank Coordinator to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year.

Position Overview

The Office Manager/Food Bank Coordinator is the welcoming face of Kreiva Academy, keeping the front office running smoothly while supporting students, families, and staff every day. This full-time, 10-month position combines front-office operations with coordination of the school's food bank program, playing an important role in student wellbeing and school safety.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, manage the sign-in log and visitor badges, and answer phones
Oversee AM drop-off and PM dismissal, including late arrivals and early dismissals
Support students waiting for an administrator and assist with first aid and medication administration per school guidelines
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, post office runs, and general office tasks such as filing, copying, and mailings
Maintain new student records, including receiving and sending files between schools
Support school website and social media updates
Assist with special events such as school photos, Back to School Night, dances, graduation, and exhibitions
Coordinate the school's Food Bank program on a weekly schedule
Build positive, professional relationships with students, families, colleagues, and community partners

Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or office administration experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Comfort working with middle and high school students in a school setting

Preferred:

Experience in a school or front-office administrative role
Experience with basic office technology and social media platforms
Experience or interest in community/food-access programs
