Full Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

 Coordinates and prioritizes activities of Presidents and Global Chief Revenue

Officer.

 Interfaces with all the divisions of the company.

 Maintains calendar(s) of appointments.

 Independently composes reports and correspondence.

 Able to complete many varied tasks expeditiously.

 Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.

 Makes travel and business meeting arrangements for executives and designated

members of the executive team.

 Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda,

and reports.

 Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

 Prepare and submit expense reports.

 Review and approve expense reports on behalf of the Executive Team.

 Responsible for meeting and event planning and execution.

 Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

 May direct and lead the work of others.

 Other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for:

 5-7 years of strategic, tactical EA experience with a large corporate company

environment.

 Experience supporting multiple individuals at the Director level (in-person and

remote).

 Will have a calm approach, a flexible and proactive working style and be able to

adapt to suit different situations and people at a senior level.

 Evidence of having supported a busy personal and professional schedule.

 Experience of working within a fast paced, demanding environment.

 Strong written and oral communication.

 Strong Interpersonal and organizational skills.

 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and concur.

Bonus Points:

 Ability to learn numerous additional internal applications.

 Planning and organizational skills including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

 Ability to work independently under general instructions.

 Discretion when managing any sensitive or personal information, ensuring

confidentiality is maintained.

Education:

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
