财务专员（Finance / Accounting Specialist）

二、岗位职责

负责公司日常财务核算工作，包括收入、费用及成本的账务处理。
审核各类报销单据及付款申请，确保符合公司财务制度。
负责应收账款（AR）及应付账款（AP）的登记、核对与跟进。
编制及维护财务报表（如损益表、资产负债表等）。
协助完成月结、季度及年度结账工作。
负责银行对账及资金流水管理。
配合税务申报及外部审计工作。
整理、归档财务资料及凭证，确保财务数据完整合规。
协助优化财务流程，提高财务管理效率。
完成上级安排的其他财务相关工作。

三、任职要求

大专及以上学历，财务、会计、金融或相关专业优先。
1年以上财务或会计相关工作经验（优秀应届生亦可）。
熟悉基本会计准则及财务流程。
熟练使用 Excel 及常用财务软件（如 QuickBooks / SAP / 用友 / 金蝶等）。
工作细致认真，责任心强，具备良好的数据敏感度。
具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神。

四、加分项（Preferred Qualifications）

有美国公司财务经验优先
熟悉 payroll 或税务流程者优先

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. In this vital role, you will manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, maintain precise financial data, and support our accounting functions. Your expertise will help us uphold compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and streamline our financial processes. Duties

Record and process journal entries using various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and Quicken.
Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliation to ensure all accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to verify financial data integrity.
Prepare financial reports, including income statements, cash flow statements, and other relevant documentation.
Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions, tax filings, and governmental reporting requirements.
Assist with budgeting processes and provide support for financial concepts related to corporate or non-profit accounting environments.

Skills

Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and Quicken.
Strong understanding of GAAP standards and double-entry bookkeeping principles.
Experience with bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, and general ledger accounting.
Knowledge of governmental accounting practices and tax regulations.
Ability to perform detailed account analysis, journal entries, and financial report writing.
Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable processes, payroll management, and tax experience.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; proficiency in 10 key typing for data entry accuracy.
Strong analytical skills combined with a solid grasp of financial concepts such as debits & credits, budget management, and account analysis.
