Earn $200K to $240K as a Pediatrician at Nao Medical's Canarsie clinic, plus up to $5,000 sign-on bonus and a quarterly performance incentive up to $45K. This is a pediatrics-only setting built around continuity care and long-term patient relationships from infancy through adolescence. AI-powered charting tools keep your focus on patients, not paperwork, and flexible scheduling options let you build a rhythm that works for your life. About Nao Medical

Nao Medical is a physician-led primary and urgent care group with 12 clinics across NYC and Long Island. We combine in-person care with telehealth and AI-powered tools to make healthcare more accessible, more human, and less burdened by admin. Our providers focus on patients while technology handles the rest.

Compensation

$200K to $240K base salary (based on experience and schedule)
Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus (based on experience)
Performance incentive: up to $45,000, paid quarterly
$1,000 annual CME allowance

What You'll Do

Outpatient pediatric care: Deliver preventive, acute, and follow-up care for patients from infancy through adolescence
Clinical management: Diagnose and treat common pediatric conditions, manage well-child visits, routine screenings, and developmental monitoring
Immunizations and counseling: Administer vaccines and counsel families on prevention and wellness
Diagnostics and coordination: Order and interpret labs, coordinate specialty referrals as needed
Documentation: Chart efficiently using EMR with AI-powered documentation tools
Quality and collaboration: Partner with an integrated care team and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

MD/DO with active NYS medical license
Board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics
Residency-trained in Pediatrics (ACGME accredited)
Comfortable with outpatient pediatrics: well visits, sick visits, and continuity care
EMR proficiency; strong HIPAA compliance
BLS/PALS required; ACLS and Infection Control preferred
Pediatrics experience preferred; Spanish language skills a plus
Newly trained Pediatricians encouraged to apply
