Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and possess excellent communication skills to create a positive first impression for visitors and clients alike. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop a broad skill set in office management and client support while contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously
Handle all incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, with attention to detail
Maintain organized filing systems and manage data entry tasks using spreadsheets and productivity software
Support office management tasks such as scheduling appointments, calendar management, and coordinating meetings
Utilize computer skills to prepare documents, proofread communications, and perform word processing tasks with precision
Assist with clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies inventory

Qualifications

Proven office experience or administrative background with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry
Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective client communication in diverse environments
Strong computer literacy and technical proficiency in office management tools
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Prior experience in front desk or clerical roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
