What You’ll Be Doing

Supervise and coordinate cooks and dishwashers, and lead the kitchen in the Executive Chef’s absence.
Oversee food prep, presentation, and quality; maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Collaborate on menu development, introducing seasonal and innovative dishes.
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs to minimize waste.
Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to ensure adherence to recipes and standards.
Inspect shift-end cleanup, maintain kitchen organization, and assist other departments as needed.

Who You Are

Experienced & Knowledgeable – Culinary degree or certificate with 3+ years of kitchen management experience.
Leader & Mentor – Skilled at coaching teams while maintaining accountability and high standards.
Creative & Detail-Oriented – Passionate about flavor, presentation, and quality.
Physically Capable – Able to stand long periods, lift 30+ pounds, and manage a busy kitchen.
Certified & Safety-Minded – ServSafe and Food Allergen certified; committed to compliance.
Flexible & Resilient – Ready for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
