Office located off Exit 27 (Old exit 12) in Pembroke, MA

Introduction

We are pleased to announce the availability of a Customer Service Coordinator position.

We are a fast growing full service pest control & exclusion company, located in the heart of the South Shore. We pride ourselves on providing tailored customer service and green options to all of our commercial and residentials clients. Our custom exclusion services set us apart from others. We are not your average pest control company!

The Position & Training

The foundation for this position will be based on customer service. Initial duties will include reception, transferring calls, accepting deliveries, creating and managing customers’ accounts, scheduling services/inspections via email and phone. Additionally, the role will include processing invoices, applying payments, assisting technicians, maintaining efficient and optimized service routes, proofing and managing reports, as well as various projects to maintain our database and other office duties.

This position requires strong skills in facilitating communication between the customer, service technicians and colleagues. The candidate will participate in regular training to build a knowledgeable understanding of the products we use and the pest control industry. The candidate will be included in training for best industry practices and will learn all about the greener options we provide. Reports to the Office Manager.

The role will eventually take on more responsibilities as training is completed and our company continues to grow.

We partake in lunch on the company 1-2 times a months, enjoy our own espresso machine at the office and have large windows to enjoy the sunshine. We have a satellite branch in Cambridge and are currently in the process to expand into New Hampshire. As we continue to grow, we look forward to expanding our team. The company was founded with decades of experience and with that comes a very pleasant company to work for.

The Requirements

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent /Required 5 plus years experience with Microsoft Office 365 programs, (Word, Excel, Outlook) / Required 5 plus years experience with administrative and customer service background. *Please note if you have no experience with these Microsoft programs, please do not apply, this will not be the right fit, though we appreciate you taking the time to learn about us and this position.
