Call Center Representative – B2B Outbound Cold Calling

$17.50–$19/hour | Full-Time | In-Person | Modesto, CA

Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

T3 Direct Marketing is hiring experienced outbound callers and appointment setters to join our in-house team in Modesto. This role is ideal for professionals who are comfortable on the phone, thrive in a structured, high-activity environment, and take pride in hitting performance targets.

You will speak directly with business owners and decision-makers across the U.S., generating qualified appointments that fuel real sales pipelines for our clients.

This is not a beginner role. We are looking for individuals who already understand cold calling, activity metrics, and performance accountability. This is a hard-charging outbound sales role — not customer service or inbound support. If your background is only customer service or taking inbound calls, this is not the right fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct high-volume outbound B2B cold calls to generate appointments
Speak with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings that meet client criteria
Handle objections confidently using scripts and training
Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records after every call
Meet daily activity benchmarks and conversion goals
Participate in training and team performance sessions
Represent client brands with professionalism and consistency

Performance Expectations

This is a structured production role. Candidates should be comfortable with:

120–160 outbound calls per day
Activity and appointment quotas
Consistent talk time and CRM usage
Working toward daily and weekly performance goals

Required Experience

Minimum 1 year of B2B outbound calling, telesales, or appointment setting
Experience working in a quota-driven environment
Proven track record meeting or exceeding performance targets
Strong verbal communication and confidence on the phone
Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining energy throughout the day
Reliable attendance and punctuality
