Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated Medical Device Assembly Operators for our 2nd Shift manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals with manufacturing, assembly, electronics, or medical device experience who enjoy precision work in a quality-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble precision medical device components according to work instructions.
Perform repetitive assembly operations with speed and accuracy.
Handle small components while maintaining high quality standards.
Complete production and quality documentation.
Inspect products during and after assembly.
Follow safety procedures and quality guidelines.
Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
Perform basic equipment maintenance when required.
Maintain an organized and clean work area.
Meet daily production and quality goals.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
Medical device manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
Experience working with microscopes is a plus.
Strong manual dexterity.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
