Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator & Executive Assistant to join our innovative team in a hybrid role that combines strategic marketing support with high-level administrative assistance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive multichannel marketing initiatives, manage marketing campaigns, and support executive operations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating impactful marketing strategies while providing seamless executive support to ensure operational excellence. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop their marketing expertise within a collaborative environment that values creativity, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional teamwork.

Duties

Digital Growth & Marketing (50%)

Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and engage across our primary social channels weekly.
SEO & AI Rankings: Optimize web content to rank high on both traditional search engines and AI search platforms.
AI Workflows: Utilize modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to streamline content creation, copywriting, and data tasks.
Event Coordination: Plan, market, and seamlessly execute local or digital company events.
Print Campaign Management: Find print opportunites to brand Sawhill. Help develop advertising and copy for publications

Executive Support & Administration (50%)

Calendar Management: Maintain the owner's schedule, protect their time, and prioritize high-value meetings.
Appointment Setting: Manage incoming inquiries, follow up with leads, and book client appointments.
Operations Support: Handle digital filing, basic expense tracking, and prepare agendas for daily meetings.
Miscellaneous Tasks: Complete various administrative and personal projects to maximize the owner's daily productivity

Skills

Proficiency in SEO techniques and best practices for increasing organic search visibility. AI knowledge and usage a plus.
Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies including digital advertising, social media advertising campaigns, email marketing, and print advertising.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite graphic design and visual content creation. Canva and other platforms.
Expertise in content writing for various platforms with a focus on engaging storytelling and brand consistency.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for campaign management and customer relationship management.
Ability to analyze web analytics data to inform performance marketing decisions and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Knowledge of Google Products- Business, Ads, Gemini
Strong research skills combined with creative problem-solving abilities; capable of managing multiple projects within budget constraints.
Excellent communication skills for content development, client interactions, and team coordination; adept at implementing innovative digital marketing solutions.
