Full Job Description

Location: Remote (Florida-based candidates only)

CPA First Recruitment is partnering with a growing mid-sized CPA firm that is looking to hire an experienced Audit Manager.

This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in Florida, offering the flexibility to work from home while joining a collaborative and growing audit team.

The Role

As an Audit Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

Managing audit engagements and audit teams
Reviewing audit work and preparing files for Partner sign-off
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Delivering high-quality client service

Requirements

Recent public accounting audit experience
Previous Audit Manager experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Active CPA licence required
Must currently be based in Florida
