Job Summary

Plutonic is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision to associate and pre-licensed therapists while supporting the continued growth of our clinical team.

This is a flexible independent contractor role with responsibility for supervision, documentation review, clinical guidance, and select therapy services. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with pre-teens, teens, and/or young adults and is interested in helping clinicians effectively use technology as part of evidence-based care.

The position is primarily remote, with optional access to Plutonic office space for in-person therapy sessions at no cost.

Hours: 5+ hours per week

Applicants must be located in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision to associate and pre-licensed therapists.
Review and sign off on session notes, treatment plans, assessments, and other required clinical documentation.
Mentor clinicians and provide guidance on clinical decision-making, documentation, ethics, and professional development including tool tips on how to use the Plutonic therapy platform.
Provide select therapy services to Plutonic clients.
Utilize Plutonic's virtual therapy platform to deliver engaging, high-quality care when appropriate.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based care.
Collaborate with Plutonic leadership on clinical protocols, therapist training, and quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in SimplePractice.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, applicable licensing requirements, and professional ethical standards.

Qualifications

Supervision designation (CPCS, LCSW-S, ACS, LMHC-S).
Active license in Georgia. Willingness to pursue multi-state licensure is a plus.
Experience with children and/or adolescents is a must.
Minimum of 3 client sessions per week.
Strong communication skills and comfort using telehealth platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).
Familiarity with electronic health record system Simple Practice.

Compensation & Benefits
