Overview

We are on the lookout for an energetic and strategic Multi Unit Kitchen Manager to lead multiple restaurant kitchens with passion and precision. As a key player in our management team, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure high-quality food standards, and foster a positive environment that motivates your team to excel. Duties

Lead and coordinate operations across multiple restaurant kitchens, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and cleanliness.
Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Oversee financial management activities including profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control to meet business targets.
Manage team recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations to build strong, motivated culinary teams.
Utilize data analysis tools like Excel for tracking sales trends, operational metrics, and making data-driven decisions.
Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities for growth and expanding customer base.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and uphold high standards of food safety and sanitation practices.

Requirements

Must be proficient in English and Spanish.

Must have a genuine passion for menu development and execution.
Strong financial acumen with experience in profit & loss management and cost control strategies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple locations simultaneously.
Proficiency in Excel data analysis for operational insights and decision-making.
Demonstrated leadership in team management, staff development, and executive-level communication.
Knowledge of lean management principles and process improvement techniques to optimize workflows.
Ability to develop strategic plans that align with overall business objectives while fostering a collaborative team environment.
