Full Job Description

Infor is seeking a Director of Product Development to lead end-to-end delivery of its premier banking application, Infor Complete Billing System (CBS) — Learn more about CBS at Infor.com/CBS.

CBS is a CloudSuite single-tenant SaaS application hosted on AWS, providing pricing and billing solutions for cash management teams at leading commercial banks.

This leadership role is responsible for managing global teams across software development, quality assurance, release management, and production support, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable cloud solutions.

Please ensure that you have prior experience in product development of a commercially sold SaaS application from a software company. That is the core experience that will qualify you for this position.

You do NOT need to have experience with banking applications. We have plenty of depth of business functionality experience. We need persons experienced in getting commercial applications developed and deployed in the cloud.

While architecture and product management are critical skills, they are not the most important. We are looking specifically for experience with the development of a commercially sold application rather that internal support of your organization's network or applications.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Development Leadership

Lead cross-functional teams spanning software development /engineering, product management, QA, support, DevOps, and Cloud Operations
Drive execution of the product roadmap in alignment with business and customer priorities
Ensure adherence to Infor SDLC practices across requirements, design, development, and release certification

Quality Engineering & Testing

Define and lead enterprise QA strategy across:
Functional, integration, performance, and security testing
Establish automation-first testing practices and continuous quality validation
Ensure all defects, vulnerabilities, and compliance findings are fully remediated prior to release

Release & Delivery Governance

Oversee release readiness, certification, and deployment processes
Enforce quality gates aligned to CloudSuite release cadence
Partner with DevOps and CloudOps to ensure environment stability and operational readiness

Production Support & Customer Outcomes

Ensure timely resolution of customer-reported issues and production incidents
Lead escalation management and root cause analysis
Drive continuous product and operational improvements based on support insights

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate closely with:
Product Management (roadmap and prioritization)
Architecture (platform alignment and scalability)
Cloud Operations (security, performance, reliability)
Customer Support (incident management and SLAs)
Serve as a key liaison across global engineering and business stakeholders

Security, Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with:
Security testing and vulnerability remediation standards
SOC, ISO, and regulatory delivery requirements
Promote secure-by-design development practices across all teams

Team Leadership & Scaling

Build and lead high-performing global teams across development, QA, and support
Establish a metrics-driven culture focused on velocity, quality, uptime, and defect reduction
Develop leadership capability and succession across engineering and QA functions

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in software development leadership within enterprise SaaS environments
Proven experience leading teams across development, QA, and production support
Strong understanding of banking applications or financial services platforms
Deep expertise in:
SDLC and release management
Test automation and quality engineering
Cloud/SaaS architecture and operations
Demonstrated ability to lead geographically distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Infor CloudSuite or ERP platforms
Familiarity with single-tenant and multi-tenant SaaS environments
Exposure to security- and compliance-driven development frameworks (SOC, ISO, etc.)

Pay: $180,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year
