All Airs Home Services is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our growing team in Kennesaw, GA.

Schedule

Full-time On Site
Monday–Friday
Day shift

Responsibilities

Maintain general ledger accounts and reconciliations.
Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly close.
Support month-end and year-end financial reporting.
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Partner with the General Manager to review financial results and provide accounting support
Support payroll accounting and related reconciliations.
Prepare audit and tax support schedules.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
2+ years of accounting experience preferred.
Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience in HVAC, home services, construction, or trades is a plus.
