Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate the Adult Day Support department within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all program services are delivered in accordance with applicable rules and regulations while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties

Continuously improving the quality of services and safeguard high standards of care by creating an environment in which excellence in Person Centered Planning flourishes
Accept responsibility of day to day management of Adult Day Support department and ensure Wasco, Inc.’s mission and vision are being carried out to their fullest
Lead the staff by adopting a proactive role in developing effective and supportive teamwork
Provide oversight and acts as a role model/mentor to staff in performance of their duties; responsible for effective of Direct Support Professionals; coordinate staff schedules; interview and make recommendations to CEO for hire
Ensure accurate records of care and service delivered are maintained and risks to consumers are minimized
Collaborates with the Leadership Team to develop and implement plans and policies for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel designed to promote rapid growth
Lead and manage program initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful service implementation and satisfaction.

Skills

Proven experience in program management; preferred 2+ years in leadership role.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Strong leadership abilities to motivate teams and drive success throughout services.
Skilled in meeting facilitation to ensure productive discussions and decision-making processes.
Knowledge and understanding of related rules and regulations; preferred 2+ years in Developmental Disabilities or related field experience.
Excellent time management skills, enabling the handling of multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
