Join Our Amazing Rehab Resources Team as a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) B-3

Full-Time | Part-Time | Consistent PRN

Marinette & Oconto Counties, WI

Are you a compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about supporting young children during their most important years of development? Rehab Resources is seeking a dedicated SLP to join our Birth-to-Three (B-3) Early Intervention team, providing services across Marinette and Oconto Counties.

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities:

Conduct developmental and speech-language evaluations for infants and toddlers in home and community settings
Identify delays in expressive language, receptive language, articulation/phonology, social communication, feeding, and overall communication development
Develop individualized, family-centered treatment plans
Provide hands-on B-3 early intervention services within natural environments
Coach families and caregivers to support communication development using everyday routines
Recommend adaptive strategies, AAC supports, and feeding interventions as appropriate
Collaborate with service coordinators and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IFSP meetings and progress reviews
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation

Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
