You will be responsible for preparing, decorating, and packaging a variety of delicious donuts while maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of donuts and baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards
Decorate and finish donuts with icing, toppings, and fillings to create visually appealing products
Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, fryers, and pastry tools safely and efficiently
Package finished products carefully for sale or distribution, ensuring freshness and presentation
Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
Assist with food preparation tasks including measuring ingredients, portioning dough, and assembling products
Support high-volume production needs during peak times while adhering to recipe specifications and safety guidelines

Requirements

Previous experience in food production, bakery, or pastry preparation is highly preferred
Strong knife skills and familiarity with baking techniques for baked goods like donuts and pastries
Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing inventory
Excellent attention to detail in decorating, packaging, and maintaining quality standards
Customer service orientation with a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration in a busy kitchen setting
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Position require a good deal of repetitive motion
