Contract Analyst - Facilities / Global Operations

Location: Marlborough, MA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Pay: $37.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Summary

We are seeking a Contract Analyst to support strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives for global indirect categories. This role will lead sourcing events, negotiate supplier contracts, analyze spend, and build strong supplier relationships while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize costs and drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has experience managing procurement projects, leading RFP/RFI processes, negotiating contracts, and supporting global supplier management across facilities and operational services.

Responsibilities

Lead global RFP/RFI processes, including supplier engagement, bid analysis, and contract negotiations.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies focused on cost savings, innovation, risk mitigation, and sustainability.
Partner with business stakeholders to forecast demand, optimize spend, and identify sourcing opportunities.
Analyze global spend, market trends, and supplier risks to drive value and continuous improvement.
Manage strategic supplier relationships through performance reviews and service optimization.
Negotiate supplier contracts to maximize value while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Support project planning and strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple indirect spend categories.
Act as a trusted procurement advisor to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Promote continuous improvement and best practices throughout the sourcing lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
Experience sourcing indirect spend categories such as:
Facilities
Janitorial Services
Managed Services
Furniture
Food Services
Other operational service categories
Experience leading RFP/RFI processes from planning through supplier selection.
Strong contract negotiation and supplier management experience.
Experience developing sourcing strategies and managing procurement projects.
Ability to analyze spend data, identify savings opportunities, and mitigate supply risks.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting global supplier relationships.
Knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and supplier performance management.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting.
