Job Title: Travel Occupational Therapist
Location: Marshfield, WI
Pay: $3,040 Weekly
Shifts: Days (5×8s)

Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities
Assist patients in regaining independence in personal care, work, and leisure activities
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and assistive devices
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress reports
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist Role

Current BLS certification
Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license
Minimum 2 years of recent Occupational Therapist experience
Strong clinical reasoning and rehabilitation skills
Excellent communication, documentation, and patient care abilities
