Full Job Description

We are looking for a full time Office Manager/ Service Dispatcher. This individual must be reliable and organized, loves to assist the community, is a team player, a self-starter and can handle multiple phone lines. A strong applicant must be able to multitask; work well under pressure and possess a positive attitude; have excellent communication skills and provide customers with the highest level of service; is computer savvy with a general knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, on a Mac, Must have experience with Service Titan and have Industry experience/knowledge in Service Plumbing.

Responsibilities are not limited to but include:

Answering and processing calls
Managing other admins/dispatchers
Scheduling customers
Provide general office support
Filing, Faxing, scanning
Dispatching Service TECHS

Requirements:

Must have a professional phone voice.
Must be energetic, proactive, and well organized
Microsoft office – Excel and Word
Service Titan Experience Required
Self-starter who is able to work independently with little or no direction on a day-to-day basis
Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize work and activities to meet deadlines under pressure
Possess strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred, not required)Ideal candidates will be able to handle these tasks while maintaining friendly interaction with staff and clients. The ability to adjust to changing responsibilities, work independently, be self-motivated and ensure high level of service and quality is required.

The pay depends on level of experience. This will be a full-time position eligible for benefits after a 90 day probation period.
