ConnectedLiving Activities Manager

At The Village at Orchard Ridge, we're searching for a dynamic ConnectedLiving Activities Manager to lead engaging programs, exciting events, and wellness-focused experiences that help residents live their best lives. From celebrating milestones and creating meaningful connections to inspiring residents through activities that energize the body, mind, and spirit, you'll play a key role in shaping a thriving community where every day brings something to look forward to.

This is more than an activities role. It is an opportunity to create experiences that foster wellness, build relationships, and help residents connect in body, mind, and spirit. If you are an inspiring leader who enjoys mentoring teams, developing innovative programs, and making a meaningful impact every day, we would love to meet you.

Compensation: The annualized pay range for this position is $56,000k - $72,000k. Placement within the range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

What You'll Do

As the ConnectedLiving Activities Manager, you will partner closely with the department Director to create and deliver exceptional programming that enhances the resident experience. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for developing engaging events, wellness initiatives, educational programs, outings, celebrations, and recreational activities that reflect the interests and needs of our residents.

You will provide strong leadership through coaching, mentoring, and team development while helping recruit, onboard, and retain talented team members and volunteers. Your ability to build relationships, foster accountability, and create a positive workplace culture will be essential to the success of the ConnectedLiving team.
