At Montessori Academy of Cincinnati, our educators brighten children’s lives every day while creating a bright future for themselves. As an Assistant Teacher, you will assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.

Essential Tasks:

Complete billing (ProCare). Address and collect past due accounts.
Prepare operations reports.
Assist with State Auxiliary funding- managing budgeting and accounting.
Assist with requirements and documentation necessary with school licensing, including reporting.
Create and maintain student and employee files to ensure compliance with state licensing regulations.
Support school leadership to facilitate standards and procedures.
Manage and track fundraising efforts.
Attendance- track tardies and absences, prepare Extended Care lists.
Collaborate with school leaders and support with enrollment- tuition planning, etc.
Coordinates food services to post menus, track orders, prepare lists, and bill families.
Help with School Safety operations and procedures.
Accounts Payable- submit vendor invoices (Bill.com) and track payment to make sure they are handled in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned.
