Are you passionate about helping athletes and active individuals recover from injuries and achieve peak performance? Athletic Edge Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team!

About Us: Athletic Edge Physical Therapy is a leading sports rehabilitation clinic dedicated to providing high-quality care to athletes and active individuals of all ages and abilities. Our team of experienced professionals utilizes evidence-based practices and cutting-edge techniques to optimize performance, prevent injuries, and facilitate rapid recovery.

Position Overview: As a Staff Physical Therapist, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse patient population, with a focus on sports-related injuries and orthopedic conditions. Looking to hire a new grad or a physical therapist with experience. For experienced providers, there is opporunity for a short-track to a manager position. You will have the opportunity to develop personalized treatment plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and educate patients on injury prevention and self-care strategies.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' musculoskeletal conditions.

· Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practice guidelines.

· Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient education.

· Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document treatment outcomes accurately.

· Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, athletic trainers, and strength coaches, to optimize patient care and outcomes.

· Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest advances in sports rehabilitation.

Qualifications:

· Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

· Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

· Experience or interest in sports rehabilitation and orthopedic care.

· Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
