Curion is looking for an exceptional Client Services Coordinator to become the operational heartbeat of our client experience.
This is not a traditional administrative role. You’ll serve as the “air traffic controller” for our Client Services team, coordinating people, schedules, vendors, projects, procurement, and communication to ensure our clients receive the seamless, white-glove experience they’ve come to expect. Your job is to remove friction. You’ll enable the team to focus on solving
complex technology challenges while you keep everything around them moving with precision. You won’t be the one troubleshooting a network or programming a control system. You’ll be the person making sure the right people are in the right place, with the right information, at the right time.
If you’re energized by organizing complexity, anticipating needs, and helping others perform at their best, we’d love to meet you.
Who is Curion?
Curion provides concierge technology management for some of the most discerning individuals and families in Greater Boston. Our clients rely on us to simplify every aspect of their technology, from personal devices and home networks to smart homes, security systems, audio/video, lighting, Wi-Fi, access control, and ongoing technology planning. Our clients don’t hire us simply because we’re technical experts. They hire us because they trust us. We communicate clearly. We follow through relentlessly. We sweat the details. We anticipate needs before they’re expressed. We make technology feel effortless.
Where are we looking?
Greater Boston / New England preferred. This is a remote-first position, but we strongly prefer someone local enough to participate in occasional in-person meetings, planning sessions, and company events.

What would a typical day look like?
Every day is different. You may start your morning coordinating schedules for our technical specialists, confirming an onsite visit with a client’s executive assistant, ordering equipment for an upcoming project, and following up with a vendor regarding an overdue shipment. Later in the day, you may be communicating with a property manager about building access, updating project documentation, coordinating inventory, preparing invoices, tracking open client requests, or making sure everyone involved in a project has the information they need.
Your responsibility is to keep work moving. You should always know what’s happening across the team, what information is missing, and who needs to be contacted next. When something begins falling through the cracks, you’re already addressing it before anyone else notices.

What this role is NOT
This is not a passive administrative role. You’re not here to wait for instructions, forward emails, or simply schedule meetings. You’re here to orchestrate, anticipate, and keep work moving. You notice gaps before others do. You ask the right questions. You follow up relentlessly. You make sure nothing falls through the cracks, allowing the rest of the team to focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.
Who thrives here?
The people who excel in this role genuinely enjoy being the person behind the scenes who makes everything work. They don’t need to be the hero in the room. They naturally anticipate needs, enjoy solving operational puzzles, communicate proactively, and get genuine satisfaction from creating order out of complexity. If your first instinct is to ask, “What can I do to keep this moving?” you’ll probably fit right in.
