Armor Lane Enterprises, Inc., an independently owned franchisee of Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions, is hiring reliable, independent, and detail-oriented technicians for immediate full-time openings.
This is one combined role that includes both commercial fryer service and deep kitchen cleaning. Depending on the customer and scheduled work, some shifts will involve servicing fryers and managing cooking oil along a planned route, while other shifts will involve team-based commercial kitchen cleaning.
Our customers include Fenway Park, TD Garden, universities, hospitals, restaurants, and other food-service operations throughout Greater Boston, Plymouth County, and Cape Cod.

Compensation and Paid Training
- Starting base pay: $18 per hour
- Overnight shift differential: An additional $4 per hour
- Total pay during training: $22 per hour
- Base pay after successful completion of training: $21 per hour
- Total pay after training: $25 per hour, including the $4 overnight shift differential
- Training is fully paid and typically lasts approximately four weeks
- Full-time employees are guaranteed 40 hours per week
- This position is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law
Schedule
- This is a full-time overnight position with a consistent weekly schedule
- Typical shifts are approximately 9:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.
- Start and finish times may vary by approximately one hour based on customer requirements, travel, and the work scheduled for that shift
- Availability every Sunday night is required
- Saturday night shifts are required when Fenway Park or TD Garden has a game
- Full-time employees are guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Every shift begins at our base of operations in Plymouth, Massachusetts
- Employees travel to customer locations in company vans and return to the Plymouth base at the end of every shift
- Employees return home after checking in the company vehicle and equipment at the Plymouth facility
Because every shift begins and ends in Plymouth, applicants must have reliable transportation to and from our facility. Living within approximately 30 minutes of Plymouth is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do
As a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician, you will be trained to perform both fryer service and commercial kitchen deep cleaning.
Fryer and Cooking Oil Service
- Clean and maintain commercial deep fryers
- Filter, handle, and manage cooking oil using specialized vacuum-based equipment
- Follow planned customer routes and service schedules
- Safely load, unload, and maneuver equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers during scheduled service visits
- Document completed work and report equipment or service concerns
Commercial Kitchen Deep Cleaning
- Deep clean commercial kitchen walls, floors, ceilings, and equipment areas
- Prepare and protect customer work areas before cleaning begins
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely
- Follow customer requirements and company cleaning standards
- Work with team members to complete projects thoroughly and efficiently
- Clean, inspect, and properly store equipment after each project
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and company van inventory
- Keep company vehicles and equipment clean and organized
- Perform routine vehicle and equipment duties at our Plymouth storage facility
- Follow all company, customer, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
- Report safety concerns, equipment problems, and service issues promptly
- Represent Armor Lane Enterprises professionally at every customer location

Qualifications
Successful candidates must have:
- A valid driver’s license
- A driving history that meets our commercial automobile insurer’s requirements
- A satisfactory driving record covering the previous five years
- Reliable transportation to and from our Plymouth facility
- The ability to work a consistent overnight schedule
- Availability every Sunday night
- Availability on Saturdays when Fenway Park or TD Garden has an event (game or concert)
- A strong work ethic and a dependable attendance record
- The ability to work independently and follow established routines
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- The ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- The ability to maneuver equipment on ramps and lift gates
- The ability to perform physical work throughout an overnight shift
- The ability to pass required background and motor-vehicle-record checks
Spanish-English bilingual skills are helpful but not required.
Previous experience in commercial cleaning, food service, delivery, route service, sanitation, warehouse operations, facilities maintenance, or equipment operation is helpful, but direct experience is not required. Comprehensive training is provided.
Location and Travel
Every shift begins at our base of operations in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Technicians travel to customer locations in company vans and return to the Plymouth facility at the end of each shift.

- Plymouth County, MA
- Cape Cod
Applicants are responsible for providing their own reliable transportation to and from the Plymouth facility. Company vans are provided for travel between our facility and customer locations.
