About the Role

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will manage the entire customer journey—from initiating conversations and identifying customer needs to presenting solutions and closing sales.

You'll work directly with customers in the field, helping them understand the value of Smart Cellular USA's products and services while creating a positive customer experience.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, communicating with people from all walks of life, and being rewarded for their performance.

What You'll Do

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

Engage directly with potential customers in the community.

Create positive customer experiences during every interaction.

Needs Assessment & Solution Presentation

Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Clearly communicate the benefits and value of Smart Cellular USA's products and services.
Answer customer questions confidently and professionally.

Full-Cycle Sales Management

Manage the sales process from initial customer interaction through closing.
Qualify opportunities and guide customers through the decision-making process.
Effectively handle objections and provide customer-focused solutions.

Activity & Performance Management

Manage your daily schedule and customer interactions independently.
Maintain consistent activity levels to achieve personal and team goals.
Stay organized and motivated throughout the workday.

Professional Representation

Represent Smart Cellular USA with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential based on performance.

Top performers can expect to earn between $60,000 and $100,000 annually, with opportunities to increase earnings through strong performance and consistent results.
