Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our food offerings to new heights. Duties

Develop innovative menus that align with the restaurant’s concept and customer preferences, incorporating fine dining techniques and dietary considerations.
Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
Manage inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste while maintaining sufficient stock levels for smooth service.
Lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals, providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster a collaborative work environment.
Oversee catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality food in accordance with client specifications.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and hygiene regulations across all kitchen activities.
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless food service and exceptional guest satisfaction during all shifts.

Skills

Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining and catering environments.
Proven supervising experience managing kitchen staff and overseeing large-scale food production.
Knowledge of dietary department requirements and dietary restrictions to accommodate diverse customer needs.
Expertise in menu planning, food presentation, and cooking techniques across various cuisines.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Experience with inventory management, cost control, and kitchen operations management.
