Office & Administrative Manager – Dealership Setting

Are you a high-energy, self-motivated multitasker who thrives on keeping things organized and moving forward? Our dealership is looking for an Office & Administrative Manager who can wear many hats and keep our business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting: Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, process sales tax, and ensure timely payments.
Office Operations: Scanning, data entry, filing, phone support, and customer communications.
Equipment & Inventory: Prepare finance contracts and invoices, enter new equipment into our system, and monitor inventory payments.
Employee Support: Manage employee benefits and assist with HR paperwork.
Marketing & Advertising: Coordinate advertising, marketing, and ad co-op programs (with commission opportunity on co-op).
Organization: Maintain a strong calendar system to keep deadlines and payments on track.

What We’re Looking For

Detail-oriented and highly organized.
High energy with the ability to “roll with it” as duties shift.
Comfortable with numbers, paperwork, and customer communications.
A self-starter who thrives on independence and responsibility.

Compensation

Competitive pay range: $26–$30 hourly (depending on experience).
Additional earning potential through advertising co-op commissions.
