Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Personnel Recruiter to join our team and drive our talent acquisition initiatives forward. In this role, you will be the key driver in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring our organization continues to grow with skilled and motivated professionals. Your energetic approach to recruiting combined with your expertise in human resources will help shape our workforce and support our strategic goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on our company’s success by connecting us with exceptional candidates through innovative sourcing strategies and relationship management.

Duties

Lead full cycle recruiting efforts, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, across multiple roles including technical, executive, campus, and high-volume recruitment.
Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HR systems such as UltiPro to identify top candidates efficiently.
Conduct detailed interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate fit based on role requirements while maintaining compliance with employment law in talent management.
Manage relationships with hiring managers and external partners to understand staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Utilize negotiation skills to extend offers and close candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Engage in campus recruitment activities, career fairs, and networking events to build a strong pipeline of emerging talent.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate evaluations, and employment documentation in HR legal compliance systems.

Requirements

Proven experience in recruiting roles such as internal recruiting, external recruiting, executive recruiting, or HR sourcing with a focus on high-volume or technical recruiting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates via cold calling, research, and social media marketing (recruitment).
Familiarity with talent management software (e.g., UltiPro), ATS platforms, HR systems, and talent acquisition tools essential for managing candidate pipelines efficiently.
Knowledge of employment & labor law applicable to talent management practices to ensure legal compliance throughout the hiring process.
Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, employee orientation, employee evaluation, employee relations, training & development, and succession planning.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills complemented by research capabilities and lead generation techniques for sourcing top-tier candidates.
