Motivated Real Estate Sales Representative | Bilingual

Alto Realty Group is looking for a highly motivated, bilingual Real Estate Sales Representative who is hungry to build relationships, work opportunities, negotiate deals, and close.

We are part of a growing group of real estate, construction, and investment companies serving McAllen and the Rio Grande Valley. Our team is involved in multiple areas of real estate, giving the right candidate the opportunity to gain experience and grow across different types of transactions.

Opportunities Include

Ranch & land acquisitions and sales
Residential real estate
Commercial real estate
Investment properties
Off-market real estate deals
Custom home sales and builds
Lead generation and follow-up
Negotiations and closings

Responsibilities

Communicate with new and existing leads in both English and Spanish.
Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners.
Follow up consistently with leads through phone calls, texts, emails, and CRM systems.
Identify motivated buyers and sellers and help move opportunities toward closing.
Research properties, market values, comparable sales, and potential investment opportunities.
Schedule and conduct property showings and client meetings.
Assist with preparing and negotiating offers.
Coordinate transactions from initial contact through the closing process.
Work closely with lenders, title companies, contractors, and other real estate professionals.
Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and deal information in the company CRM.
Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

Bilingual – English & Spanish
Real estate sales experience strongly preferred.
Active Texas Real Estate License preferred.
Candidates currently working toward obtaining their real estate license may also be considered.
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Professional appearance and presentation.
Comfortable making calls, following up with leads, and speaking directly with clients.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Ability to manage multiple leads and transactions simultaneously.
Experience with CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
Strong desire to generate opportunities, negotiate deals, and CLOSE.

Compensation

100% COMMISSION-BASED

No hourly wage or base salary
Compensation is based on performance and successfully closed transactions
Multiple opportunities to earn commissions across our real estate, land, investment, and custom-home divisions
Growth opportunities available for strong performers
