Full Job Description

Job opening for a Medical Front Receptionist to join our team at HRAOBGYN. Medical Office who specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecology. We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and well-organized bilingual individual who is looking for a long-term position in a positive and encouraging work environment.The primary responsibilities for this role include opening the clinic, checking patients in and out for appointments, and managing daily medical office reception tasks. The ideal candidate must be a responsible team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. Regular, punctual attendance is critical for this position, as well as a willingness to work extra hours if required.While prior experience in a medical office is preferred, it is not required. We will provide full training on our Practice Management Program and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems for a fast learner who is detail-oriented and manages time wisely.If you know of a qualified candidate who is passionate about helping others and eager to grow with us, please have them submit their application or forward their resume to [Contact Email/Application Link].

Registering patients new patients demographics
Collecting copays, deductibles, out of pockets
Calling patients for reminders
Scheduling appointments
Checking in and checking out patients. Willing to work extra hours if needed. .
Answering multiline phone calls.
Verifying insurances
Communicating with Clinical staff as well as Physician
Scanning documents
Computer friendly
Maintain Patient flow
Understands confidentiality ( HIPAA GUIDELINES)
Completes daily tasks in a timely fashion
Instructs patients of financial agreements
Assisting new patients with necessary registration forms
Able to work with money, payments with cash, credit cards, care credit etc.
Greets patients in a positive manner
Answers phones in a professional and timely fashion
Willing to take on new responsibilities
Follows through, calls back patients, and obtains referrals
Amongst other duties
Punctuality, and daily attendance is a must.

Employee uniforms (Scrubs and Lab Jacket will be provided)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
