What You’ll Do

Contact prospective customers using company-provided leads.
Build relationships and identify customers’ insurance needs.
Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
Participate in daily coaching, training, and team meetings.

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Competitive mindset with a desire to exceed goals.
Coachable and willing to learn.
Sales experience is preferred but not required.
Insurance license is a plus, but we can help qualified candidates obtain one.
