ABOUT WE BUY PROPERTY LLC

We are a Pittsburgh based real estate investment company. We help homeowners in tough situations sell their house fast for cash. That includes foreclosure, inherited homes, vacant homes, houses that need major repairs, divorce, and relocation. We buy as is, with no agent fees. We are investors, not agents, though we are licensed. We treat sellers with honesty and we are proud of our reputation. Take a look at our Google and BBB reviews. We are a small team, we move fast, and we are growing.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You are the first voice sellers hear and the person who gets deals signed.
Take inbound and transferred phone leads and qualify the seller, their situation, their timeline, and the property
Make 100 or more calls a day on an auto dialer and handle objections with confidence
Build real rapport and treat a seller's problem as something you can solve
Put together cash offers using our in house comp tool (usually 60 to 70 percent of after repair value, minus repairs)
Log every call, offer, and outcome in our CRM
Work with our transaction coordinator on photos, video, and buyer paperwork
Hit your monthly call and conversion targets and track your own numbers
Take coaching from the CEO and put it to work right away

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

2 or more years of phone sales or commission sales (real estate, wholesale, retail sales, HVAC, solar, insurance, auto, or anything similar)
Comfortable making 100 or more calls a day and staying sharp through rejection
A strong listener who asks good questions and can close on the phone
Some real estate knowledge is a plus (ARV, assignment fees, wholesale), but we will teach you the rest
Comfortable with CRM software and quick to pick up new tools
Local to the Pittsburgh area or willing to relocate. Knowing Allegheny, Washington, Beaver, Westmoreland, Armstrong, or Butler county is a plus
Reliable transportation, coachable, and hungry
No college degree needed. We hire people who can close.

PAY

Base Salary + Commission: Average earner will make $100,000+ a year (not including bonuses)

SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

Hybrid, 2 to 3 days a week in our Southside Pittsburgh office
The first 2 weeks of training are in person, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Monday to Friday with occasional saturdays on per need basis (primarily only a few hours)
On occasion you will need to do on-site visits to meet with a client. All within an hour distance from our Southside office
