Full Job Description

Clear RCM, LLC specializes in Revenue Cycle Management, providing comprehensive medical billing services alongside EHR software hosting and support. Our mission is to streamline healthcare operations and enhance financial performance for our clients.

Summary

As an Experienced Revenue Cycle Specialist at Clear RCM, LLC, you will play a vital role in managing the revenue cycle for healthcare providers. This position is essential in ensuring accurate billing and collections while maintaining strong client account management and operational efficiency.

Job Description: The ideal candidate must have previous OBGYN revenue cycle management experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is highly preferred.

This position will be transitioning to a hybrid schedule, with a few weekdays in office and a few weekdays working from home sometime within this year, but applicants should expect a full-time in office position as of right now.

** All Applicants that are chosen for an in-person interview will be required to take a billing skills test at the end of the interview. **

Daily requirements of the position include:

Review EOB's and ERA's to determine non-payment reasons
Review initial claims for appropriate diagnosis and procedure code linking.
Ensure daily accomplishments work towards company goals for claims submission, claims follow up, statement management, month-end close processes, and other departmental goals as outlined.
Identifies patterns of non-compliance by client office staff in completing patient registration, supporting billing documentation and delivery of charge ticket/superbill.
Reviews / scrubs charges for accuracy and completes claims per payer specific guidelines.
Works within specified deadlines and stressful situations.
Works overtime when necessary to meet department goals and objectives.
Performs other tasks or special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of OBGYN medical billing experience required
Strong knowledge of full revenue cycle management required
Knowledge of medical terminology and medical records management
Experience with medical billing and coding, CPT, and ICD-10
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in billing processes

Preferred Qualifications

eClinicalWorks (eCW) billing experience preferred
Familiarity with EHR systems and medical office operations
